Shrivenham Village Fete - Sat 27th August 2022
There is a huge range of stalls and entertainment for all ages. A funfair, go-karts and football target. Fascinating falconry displays and classic cars for those whose helter-skelter days are past! Over 70 stalls selling an enticing range of crafted and bespoke goods and a car boot sale to-boot! Live music, a bar, teas/coffee and food court to appeal to all tastes will keep you refreshed and appetised.
Children are an important part of any village fete. Our children’s craft competition, fancy dress competition, Punch & Judy shows and classic children’s races will all provide a special day to remember.
As a village, dogs are not forgotten. The fun dog show, beloved of dog owners and non-owners and courtesy of Patti’s Paws, starts at 1.30 pm with classes for all. Register on the day to be sure your dog has the well-deserved chance of a rosette!

Carols around the Christmas Tree 2021 🎄
Thanks to everyone who turned up tonight for carols around the Christmas Tree and sang along. It's great to be back and have such a great turnout. Have a great Christmas and we look forward to seeing you at the Woozel Hunt on Boxing day.

Join us at 10.15am at the Christmas Tree on Boxing day to hunt for that Woozel.
Bring you Woozel catchers and Christmas cracker jokes to lure the Woozel down from the trees if you want to catch the Woozel or your placards and rattles if you're a hunt saboteur and want to save the Woozel.
We'll finish with a dog race on the rec followed by mince pies and mulled wine at the Football Club.
